On 12th June 2008 Valeant purchased a special stock

The sales agreement on the last stock of our Company, which belonged to the National Treasury, was concluded. As the all obligations relating to the privatization agreement were completed (since October 1997 to October 2007), the Ministry of National Treasury offered the sale of the special stock to the controlling shareholder Valeant Pharmaceuticals, International corporation.
